Leatrice Oram is a proud introvert and a reluctant leader in higher education. She is currently the Chief of Staff at a public liberal arts college -- in what she hopes is the last position of her 33-year career. Her doctoral work explored the lived experience of introverted leaders in a wide variety of industries. She is committed to advocating for introverts at all levels of an organization who are interested in building their leadership identity. On a daily basis, Leatrice uses the understanding she gained from her research and during her own process of becoming a leader to help teams and individuals flourish.
